The senior Iranian diplomat called for restraint and the immediate initiation of dialogue between the two sides to reduce tensions and resolve disputes through diplomacy.
The Foreign Ministry spokesperson emphasized that the Islamic Republic of Iran attaches great importance to maintaining peace and stability in its surrounding region. He reaffirmed Iran’s readiness to offer any assistance necessary to help de-escalate tensions between the two neighboring Muslim countries.
