In his latest remarks regarding the recent attacks on Iran, Rafael Grossi, Director General of the , said, “Based on the available data, the Agency can confirm that these incidents have had no radiological impact on the population or the environment of neighboring countries.”
He added, “The key point is that Iran’s research reactors and nuclear power plants were not targeted in these attacks.”
Grossi also announced that inspectors are prepared to resume inspections of Iran’s nuclear material stockpiles, stressing that cooperation on nuclear safety will continue.
