Earlier on Saturday morning, Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi, departed for Jeddah on, leading a diplomatic delegation, to meet with high-ranking Saudi officials and discuss bilateral issues, as well as regional and international developments.
The foreign minister will also travel to Doha on Saturday afternoon to attend the Iran-Arab World Dialogue Conference.
Iran's foreign minister departs for Saudi Arabia for talks
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi left Tehran for Jeddah on Saturday morning to hold talks with Saudi officials.
Turning to the Islamic Republic of Iran’s principled policy of continuously strengthening relations with its neighbors, Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Emsaeil Baghaei announced on Friday that the Iranian foreign minister will travel to Riyadh on Saturday to meet and discuss with high-ranking Saudi officials.
The Iranian foreign minister will also travel to Doha on Saturday evening to participate in the Iran-Arab World Dialogue Summit, Baghaei added.
