Davos; solving or aggravating global economic crises?

The positions of Western officials at the Davos summit showed that they not only do not think about the option of solving the economic crises caused by the war in Ukraine, but despite the severe economic challenges that this war has created for the people of Ukraine, European countries and other regions of the world, they are still looking for continuation of the crisis through the strengthening of the military front.
NOURNEWS - The 53rd Davos meeting was held in Davos as in previous years. According to the organizers of the summit, more than 50 heads of state and government attended this five-day meeting, that was held under the title of "Cooperation in a Fragmented World". What is designed and defined in the statutes of the Davos World Summit as a goal strategy is to examine the economic problems and challenges of the world and reach a single solution to solve them. The goal of this summit is completely economic with a global focus, so as to ultimately improve the conditions of the global economy at the macro level. This year's Davos meeting was held while the majority of positions and issues raised in this meeting can be categorized in several specific axes. First, most of the positions and speeches of the officials present at the meeting, especially the Western leaders and thinkers, were presented around the axis of the Ukraine war. The important thing is that most of the contents were not raised based on the principle of the economic effects of this war or finding a political solution to end it and improve the world economy, but in the context of the need to send weapons to Ukraine and prolong the war and even the need for this country to join NATO. In the same context, "Henry Kissinger" said at the World Economic Forum in Davos that Ukraine's neutrality is no longer meaningful due to these conditions. He confirmed the eventual membership of Kyiv in the US-led military bloc. Joe Biden once again emphasized the increase of military aid to Kyiv. These statements were made while "James Cleverley", the British foreign minister, also announced during his trip to the United States, that London has decided to send heavy weapons, including tanks, to Ukraine, because it needs to send a really clear message to "Vladimir Putin", President of Russia to give international support to Kyiv. Such positions show that not only the option of solving the economic crisis caused by the war has no meaning for the leaders of the West, but despite the severe economic challenges that this war has created for the people of Ukraine, European countries and other regions of the world, the West continues to beat the drum of warmongering and in the above meeting even a word did not come up about the need to implement the commitments of the West in the four-way meeting in Istanbul (Russia, Turkey, the United Nations and Ukraine) regarding the export of Ukrainian grains and agricultural products and Russian chemical fertilizers, that play an important role in solving the world's food crisis, including In crisis-stricken Europe. Second, in this meeting, the West once again put forward the repeated and threadbare policy of sanctions against other countries. Allegations regarding the imposition of more sanctions against Russia, Iran and China are among the issues raised in this regard. In the framework of this policy, Ursula von der Leyen, the head of the European Commission, stated unproven claims and said that the European Union is investigating the application of the third round of sanctions against Iran. She claimed that she support the inclusion of the IRGC in the list of terrorist organizations. At the same time, she emphasized the continuation of sanctions against Russia and without mentioning the severe energy crisis in Europe and the forced approach of people to obsolete heating devices such as coal, she claimed Europe's ability to eliminate the need for Russian oil and gas. Insisting on the continuation of the sanctions policy alongside the war in Ukraine has had severe damaging effects on the global economy, especially for the sanctioners. Today, Europe, caught up in America's warmongering game, is facing a wave of strikes and street protests along with severe economic stagnation and inflation, that seek to hide this critical situation by simply censoring news and diverting public opinion to marginal issues. The Davos summit could become an important opportunity to examine the fragile economic crises imposed on the countries of the world through the Ukraine war and become an opportunity to activate political paths to resolve the conflict. The trend and series of statements and positions of Western officials in this summit show that the continuation of the war is still the first priority of the West in the devastating war in Ukraine.
